Do you have a specific washing service request?
Not a problem contact us; simply use the special instructions tab to personalise your treatment.
Do you want us to pick up and deliver your laundry?
Pick-up and delivery are both free. (No additional Pickup & Delivery Fees or Service Charges) Only the minimum charge for 5 Kilograms or equivalent.
What are your pickup and drop off times?
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., you can pick up and drop off your laundry.
What is the Minimum Charge?
$35 is the minimum – Can be a mix of any service $5.50 per kilogram Larger items, such as comforters, are priced separately and other services
What if I'm not home, will you still pickup or deliver?
You don’t have to be home during pickups or drop-offs; simply provide us with a convenient area to leave your laundry.
How long will you take to wash and fold my clothes?
Allow for a 24-hour turnaround time. For most clothes Dry clean and other specialty service may take longer.
How will I pay you if I'm not home?
Our secure APP is used to process payments and if you give it permission it can securely save it for future transactions.
